A group of scientists from Shandong Polytechnic University (China) called a factor that will help avoid death from heart disease and blood vessels, writes MedicalXpress.

The researchers analyzed data on the level of physical activity of more than 88 thousand people. Information was collected from 1997 to 2008. These data were compared with the number of dead volunteers in 2011.
Scientists took into account the type of loads and their duration. The results showed that people who walked or worked in the garden from 10 minutes to one hour per week reduced the risk of premature death by 18%.
Moderate 10-minute exercise with a total duration of 2.5-5 hours per week reduced the risk of death by 31%.
The study showed that 25 hours of activity per week reduced this probability by half, that is, by 62%. At the same time, according to scientists, cycling, running or playing sports can reduce the time required to achieve the effect.
