"I hope that hospital informal payments will not be required at all …. Informal payments, charitable contributions – will not be … No, we are not talking about co-payment. In fact, there are several models of how the medical care system can be financed. Work on bills is being conducted more in parliament, ”the Minister of Health noted.

In addition, in 2020, it is planned to prepare and broadly discuss the bill on medical insurance coverage.
"Also this year, we expect that we will have a broad discussion on the preparation of a bill for a model of insurance medical coverage, which will make it possible to refinance the provision of medical care. Today there are different opinions on how to do this, as long as we do not have a working group. Perhaps after April 1 we will join the expert discussions, "Skaletskaya added.
