Oatmeal in the form of flakes, which is boiled over with boiling water – these are empty carbohydrates. They do not give a long feeling of satiety, provoke a jump in the level of sugar in the blood, after which a strong feeling of hunger appears. Therefore, after a short time, the person wants to eat again, and glucose jumps provoke obesity.

Therefore, nutritionist advises to choose solid oatmeal, which must be cooked. The permissible rate of consumption is about 250 grams per day.
Sweet berries and fruits contain large amounts of sugar, and therefore also threaten obesity. Kravchenko advises eating 1-2 unsweetened apples, green bananas or up to 300 grams of berries in the morning. Especially dangerous for the figure sweet watermelon, grapes and persimmon.

These include beets, corn, carrots and green peas. The nutritionist advises to eat them in the morning, and the consumption rate is no more than 100 grams at a time.
