This was stated by the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko.

According to him, the transmission routes of COVID-19 are those that were previously reported: drip and contact. However, the causative agent of the disease is not transmitted aerogenically.
This means that you can get infected in the droplets that settle on the surface. When a person comes into contact with these surfaces with his hands and then touches the mucous membrane, the virus can enter the human body and become infected.
"The World Health Organization yesterday released an update on the transmission mechanisms of coronavirus disease … The transmission routes remain as they were – airborne and contact. Including, when we talk about airborne droplets, first of all it is drip," Lyashko explained .
