What you need for free diagnostics
For examination, you will need to get a referral from a family doctor or another doctor.
It is noted that instrumental studies for the early diagnosis of tumors – mammography, hysteroscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy and bronchoscopy – are identified as priority services and will be free for Ukrainians.

The basis for free instrumental research is the age of the patient. Mammography is not prescribed to everyone, but only to women from 40 years of age and older, hysteroscopy – from 50 years of age and older.
Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, cystoscopy, bronchoscopy for patients from 50 years of age and older, colonoscopy – from 40 years of age and older.
According to the National Cancer Registry, annually about 140 thousand Ukrainians find out that they have cancer. More than 65 thousand Ukrainians die of cancer every year.
