Every tenth woman who has overcome the 30-year-old, is faced with hair loss.
After 50 this problem is already familiar to every fourth. Proper nutrition will help prevent these unpleasant problems.
Young girls grow their hair fast, but after about 25 years their growth slows down, they become dimmer, and some women start to fall out. And if a bald man is even somehow brutal (a third of men lose their hair after 30 years, and after 50 of those already half), then a woman with bald spots on her head is a problem.
If we talk about anatomy, then the female hair sits in the nest deeper by 2 mm, so representatives of the beautiful half of humanity are almost not prone to baldness, only in rare cases.
In some situations, hair loss is associated with serious diseases, but most often their loss is due to stress or improper diet, lack of certain vitamins or microelements (iron, zinc, chromium, selenium, vitamin B12), nutritional deficiencies, hormonal disorders tightening the hair with rubber bands or hairpins, afrokosichkami, hair dryer.
In addition, alopecia (hair loss) can cause the use of certain drugs, such as antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antidepressants. The cause may be exposure to intense UV radiation.
Daily loss of up to 100 hairs is considered normal, however, if they begin to crumble in droplets, an urgent need to run to a dermatologist and, better, a trichologist. You may be assigned a study called a trichogram, through which the doctor will determine the exact cause of your problem.
The good news: in most cases, it can be solved only by changing the way of life. It is important for hair that you get enough sleep, spend as much time as possible in the open air, play sports. Head massage will not be superfluous: it enhances the blood flow to the hair follicles and accelerates their growth. The same effect and have tincture based on red pepper. Shampoos, too, must choose the right – healing, which are sold in pharmacies.
Hair needs vitamins not only from the outside, but also from the inside: it is best to choose complexes for skin, hair and nails and take them for up to three months.
And of course, it is very important to eat right. By the way, there are well-known products that contain the most valuable substances for hair. If you have them regularly, your hair noticeably prettier – so say trichologists.
So, these are fish of salmon, rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, as well as iron and vitamin B12. Any vegetables, especially leafy, dark green – from them you can get vitamins A and C, iron and calcium. Legumes (primarily lentils and beans) are sources of vegetable protein, iron, and zinc. Nuts (for example, Brazilian contains a lot of selenium, and in walnut there is zinc and healthy fats). Poultry meat contains easily digestible protein and vitamins. Chicken eggs contain a lot of biotin and vitamin B12. Calcium can be obtained from low-fat dairy products, and vitamin A from carrots.
