He noted that for foreign citizens can introduce 100% restrictions on checkpoints with occupied Donbass. Only citizens of Ukraine who have registration in unoccupied territories will also be allowed through.
Avakov explained that if citizens who live in ORDLO do not have registration in the controlled territory, they will not be allowed to pass through CPVV while quarantine is in effect.

On March 11, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to introduce quarantine at the national level. All restrictions are imposed due to the spread of the coronavirus in the world and the declaration of a pandemic due to Covid-19. From March 12 to April 3, classes were canceled in all educational institutions. It is forbidden to hold public events in which more than 200 people participate. This includes cultural events, sports and recreational activities. However, the ban does not apply to measures of state necessity.
