Take a shower
Take a cool shower right before you go to bed. So you reduce body temperature and fall asleep more comfortably.
Pillow is important
In the summer, give preference to buckwheat husk pillows. Such pillow promotes the best ventilation of air. In addition to its cooling properties, buckwheat pillows take on the anatomical shape of a person’s head and allow the neck and back muscles to relax. Also, choose a silk pillowcase.

Silk is a natural temperature regulator, so when the pillow is covered with a silk pillowcase, the scalp and face "breathes" and the heat is more easily tolerated.
Change the bed
In the summer, choose bedding with fewer threads. The lower the density of the fabric of bed linen, the easier it is to fall asleep at the height of summer. The smaller the threads, the better the breathability of the fabrics.
