1. Drink water 15 minutes before meals.

If you do this, almost all calories are burned and do not turn into fat. The closer to the evening, the greater the likelihood of conversion into excess fat. It is better to eat it at the beginning of the day, than to abstain all day, and then eat everything in the evening.

4. Believe that you lose weight

This is all psychosomatic, if we believe that we are sick, then we will get sick, if we believe that we are healthy, then the body will recover many times faster after an illness, even without stimulants. Therefore, it is one of the key factors for losing weight.
5. Breathe more
The more oxygen gets into our body – the better the fats are oxidized and the easier they are burned. For example, during the run no more calories are burned than during one hard workout. But when we run, the body takes calories from fat, not muscle or glycogen stores.
All this is connected not only with running, but also with intensive breathing. Therefore, if it is not possible to run, then do breathing exercises at least once a day for 5-10 minutes, slowly inhaling air to the full chest and stomach, with the nose, and slowly exhaling with the mouth.
