Anastasia Dumcheva, an expert on noncommunicable diseases at the Bureau of the World Health Organization in Ukraine, called a “more or less” safe dose, writes Radio Liberty.

This is a standard dose of 10 grams of pure alcohol.
That is this:
• 25 milliliters of hard liquor (40 degrees)
• 100 milliliters of wine
• 330 milliliters of beer
WHO recommends that women not consume more than two standard doses at a time.
Men are advised to limit themselves to three standard doses.
The body can process one such dose on average within an hour. But it is necessary to take into account the physiological characteristics of a person, so time may differ.
