How much time does the body need?
Scientists have found that just a week is enough to lower the level of toxins in the body. Seven days, or even less, you must adhere to an organic diet.
For the experiment, the researchers attracted four families that adhered to a standard diet.
After six days of their normal diet, they consumed an organic diet for the next six days. As the tests showed, the level of pesticides in their body decreased significantly.
Total toxins dropped as much as 60.5% in just six days. Studies show that organics work,
– say the scientists.
A week is enough to experience the benefits of a healthy diet.
The benefits of organic nutrition
Organic foods are significantly safer and contain more nutrients than conventional foods. It should also be noted that organic production is more environmentally friendly and humane for animals.
Organic food – what is it? Organic products are food products grown (produced) as a result of certified organic production, which provides for a complete ban on the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, other artificial substances and genetically modified organisms.
Organic products made from natural ingredients without the use of chemical fertilizers
The level of nutrition and the content of vitamins (especially vitamin C), as well as certain minerals and polyphenols – natural antioxidants that help strengthen the human immune system – are higher in crops grown by organic methods.
In particular, organic products have a higher level of phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and iron. This difference is especially noticeable in products of animal origin: meat, eggs, dairy products.
Not All Natural Can Be Considered Organic
Potatoes grown without the addition of chemical fertilizers and pest protection are considered natural. However, to call this potato organic, it is also necessary to take samples of the soil on which it was grown (in order for the soil treated with chemical fertilizers to completely get rid of chemicals, it takes at least three years). Or, the meat or cow’s milk will be considered natural if no preservatives are added and cattle are not vaccinated. However, it will be considered organic only when food and water consumed by the cow are tested for the absence of chemicals.
