Gubkin residents shared plans for a long weekend, which were announced by the president because of the threat of the spread of coronavirus. There is also something to do at home. Do not believe? Then take a look at the plans of those with whom we talked about this topic.
The survey, by the way, we conducted online. We observe self-isolation to the maximum.
Methodologist of the Department for Work with Youth of the TsKR “Forum”:
I have a lot of plans! I will not sit idly by. Self-isolation is an opportunity to spend more time on what you like. On my list: sports, needlework, dance classes. And a separate item is a book that I still can’t finish reading.
Gubkintsy, do not think about the bad and enjoy life. This is real even during quarantine.
We already observe the quarantine as a whole family. If it is necessary, it means it is necessary. We try not to go out, only to the store. I’m generally a homebody and I can sit at home for several days in a row, but on the 3-4th day, nevertheless, there is a need to go outside and ventilate my head.
But now I have time to remake household chores, read what has been postponed, review my favorite films, finish work, please my customers with photos from previous shootings, as well as phone with all my relatives and friends. Preparatory work is also underway to prepare upcoming exhibitions in the Free Gallery. In fact, the days have become even more eventful, and offline life has quickly spilled over to online.
In general, now is the time to do those things that did not reach the hands. To be at home with children, read in vain, do some creative things. A kind of reboot is useful to everyone and everyone.
I would like all Gubkin residents to adhere to the recommendations of doctors, take care of themselves, their health and the health of their loved ones. Maxim Krivoderov,
Specialist of the Center for Youth Initiatives:
I plan to spend the next week at home, of course. It seems that the four walls are boring. There is always something to do at home: cleaning, helping relatives, charging, self-education, TV shows, remote work, sports, sleep, after all.
I want to advise all our residents to be less in crowded places and wash their hands more often. Julia Yakovleva,
journalist of the newspaper Novoye Vremya:
I will not be able to observe complete self-isolation, as I will continue to work. Journalists must be in order! But I consider it necessary to minimize contacts. I don’t see any problem sitting at home. In the end, this is for our own safety.
Drink vitamins, lead a healthy lifestyle and follow the recommendations of specialists.
