Children aged 3-4 years should be in a state of physical activity at least three hours a day and at least an hour should be given to exercises with increased physical activity, held in front of the screens of gadgets no more than an hour a day, sleep 10-13 hours a day.

But the child receives positive emotions from an unusual electronic toy and colorful cartoons, and it is difficult to refuse such pleasure in childhood as the functions of self-control are still weak. And how to implement the recommendations of the WHO, when every second, if not the first, in the hands of a heaped device with Internet access? To isolate from the electronic world, you need to go to the wilderness and throw all the gadgets in the trash.
– Games and information on the Internet are of interest, excitement, excitement – this is stress, which in a moderate dose is useful, – says psychologist Natalia Oberderfer. – But we must understand: that which causes arousal will be inappropriate before bedtime. Up to three years, a child can use gadgets no more than an hour a day, and only 20 minutes in a row.

Virtual communication will never replace the living, although it is useful.
