However, this version does not look much like the truth, if only because in Russia today, with the help of IVF, 1% of children are born, or about 18 thousand babies annually. Moreover, the number of women who have undergone this procedure is not exactly known: commercial clinics tend to overestimate the effectiveness of IVF and assure that 30-40% of women are pregnant.
Doctors from government agencies provide more pessimistic statistics. According to their calculations, after forty years, pregnancy as a result of IVF occurs in only one case out of a hundred. Moreover, the majority of patients at IVF clinics are not of a very young age.

The average age of these patients is 53.5 years, which, you see, is somewhat late for IVF. According to reproductologists, there is no connection between IVF and cancer. It is difficult to even calculate how many women around the world have used this procedure if 10 million children have already been born after IVF. And no growth in cancer!
Moreover, scientists from Britain recently published a list of causes of cancer. There are three main reasons: this is the influence of external factors, hereditary factors and DNA mutations. And for the third reason, cancer occurs mainly in very elderly people.
External factors, according to scientists, are the cause of cancer in 23% of cases. However, much depends on the form of cancer. This does not mean that 77% of patients had cancer of the brain of parents, grandparents. Everything is much more complicated. Hereditary factors include those that at first glance are not related to brain cancer.
Much depends on nationality and on the place of residence of the ancestors. So, natives of Northern Europe suffer from brain cancer twice as often as people in Asia. It has also been observed that brain cancer more often affects men than women.
