The public organization "Holy Belogorye against childhood cancer" continues to raise funds for the treatment of the six-year-old old man Maxim Salomayev. As of November 7, out of 11.8 million, 6.74 million remained to be collected.
Recall that in spring, the boy discovered acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Relapse occurred during treatment. Russian clinics refused treatment due to lack of places (official refusals are posted on the St. Belogorye website). The charitable organization sent requests to foreign clinics. A positive response came from the University Hospital Ulm (Germany). The invoice for payment amounted to 51,408,000 rubles, the money should have been paid in one payment. Soon, they agreed to accept the child at the hospital of Ghaziosmanpasha (Istanbul, Turkey), invoicing for treatment in the amount of 11,880,000 rubles, agreeing to accept payment in installments. The boy’s condition worsened, it was impossible to postpone treatment and the Salomayevs flew to Istanbul. “Lie down, he says, with me a little while the doctors can’t see” … So Maxim’s mother signed this photo.
Mom Christina sent a photo.
Currently, the boy is undergoing treatment in Turkey. He was examined and the first chemotherapy block, now Maxim has a recovery period, it will last three weeks. Then the second block of high-dose chemotherapy will begin. After this, the boy will receive a transplant from a related or unrelated donor.
A call to help Maxim appeared on the page of the head of the Old Oskol administration Alexander Sergienko VKontakte: “Friends, if you don’t have the opportunity to help Maxim financially, please just repost”.
Meanwhile, Maxim’s father petitioned the Ministry of Health with a request to protect the rights of his son, a citizen of the Russian Federation, and to pay for the boy’s treatment.
Artyom Salomayev writes: "by the time the family turned to the Holy Belogorye, Maxim had not received any treatment for 9 days and his chances of life were melting away every day." Before the family flew to Istanbul, there was no treatment for 17 days. The names of the clinics are given, where there was no place for a little splinter. And the answer of the Ministry of Health, which says that you can pay for treatment in a foreign clinic only after receiving the opinion of the council. “I still don’t understand how they can do it, because they didn’t even agree to accept my son for treatment … they have no places,” the father of the child notes.
The head of “Saint Belogorye” Yevgenia Kondratyuk calculated: if every resident of the region transfers 33 rubles to Maxim’s treatment, the fee can be closed on the same day. How to help? You can support Maxim through the website: zhiznplus.ru/help_kass/,
