During the observation period, almost 28 thousand cases of cancer were diagnosed, of which 35% were associated with obesity. If people were overweight, then the risks increased from 15% to 70%.
Thus, the risk of endometrial cancer increased by 70%, by 58% in kidney cancer in men, by 29% in colon cancer in men, and by 15% in men and women for all types of tumors.
