The head of the municipality of Montano-Antilia Luciano Trivelli posted a video message on Facebook in which he said the following:
A few days ago, a 26-year-old Ukrainian woman arrived in the village of Abatemarco. She complained of weakness and, accompanied by her parents, went to the hospital on the evening of February 25. The test for Covid-19 gave a positive result in a hospital in Naples, but it still needs to be confirmed in Rome. Now the Ukrainian is in an isolated ward under the supervision of doctors. His parents and all those who probably contacted her were sent to quarantine.
The Ukrainian woman, who discovered Covid-19, lives and works in Cremona – this is in northern Italy in Lombardy, where the greatest number of patients with coronavirus was recorded.
In Montano Antilia, she came to her parents. This municipality is located in the southern Italian region of Campania – it is more than 700 kilometers from Cremona.

The Italians in the comments on the Trivelli message fear that the spread of the virus from north to south of the country cannot be prevented, but in spite of everything they wish the Ukrainian woman a speedy recovery.
The journalist of Stranieriinitalia, Maryana Surenovich, added on Facebook that the Ukrainian woman felt the first symptoms of the disease only 5 days after her visit to her parents.
Now "her state of health is not critical – the girl was transferred to the infectious diseases hospital in Naples."
Now, Soronevich’s Facebook post has been deleted, for what reasons – is still unknown.
